1. Introduction


Udaan Project 2.0 is a transformative social initiative designed to empower India’s marginalized communities by integrating free quality education for underprivileged children and employment opportunities for unemployed youths.

This initiative directly supports the vision of the Government of India’s Right to Education (RTE) Act, and contributes to national goals of literacy, skill-building, and youth empowerment.


Udaan 2.0 is not only an education program—it is a holistic community development model that uplifts entire families by providing:

Free daily education for children (Nursery to Class 8)

Job opportunities for unemployed youths

Skill development and career pathways for school dropouts

Psycho-motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional development activities for children

Community-based learning centers in every village

Vision:


To build an educated, skilled, and empowered India where every child learns freely and every youth earns with dignity.

Provide quality education to marginalized children.

3. Objectives of Udaan Project 2.0

1. Ensure free education access to marginalized children (Nursery–8th).

2. Create employment for youth through structured teaching roles.

3. Promote holistic child development, including:

Psycho-motor skills

Art & craft

Cultural activities

Sports & outdoor activities

4. Reduce school dropout rates in rural and semi-urban regions.

5. Strengthen community participation in education.

6. Provide income support to youth while encouraging them to pursue higher education.


4. Program Structure


4.1 Free Education for Students

Daily classes (2 hours per day)

Subjects: Basic literacy, numeracy, EVS, English foundation, activities

Learning materials:

Free notebooks

Pen, pencil & stationery

Activity-based & experiential learning

Annual talent shows, workshops, health camps


4.2 Easy Enrollment Process for Students

Fill the Google Form (link provided)

Upload minimal required documents

Pay only ₹ 250/-  one-time enrollment fee

Immediately eligible for free daily classes and stationery support



5. Employment & Training for Youth


Inclusive hiring for unemployed youth and dropouts


The project creates structured roles with monthly salaries and growth opportunities.


Application Process for Teachers

1. Open the Google Form link

2. Fill personal and educational details

3. Upload required documents

4. Pay one-time form registration fee: ₹ 2360/-

5. Receive:

Training & Orientation

Medical Insurance

Monthly Salary: ₹10,000/-


Work requirement: Only 2 hours of classes per day.

6. Organizational Hierarchy & Positions


1. District Coordinator (DC)

Salary: ₹25,000/- + allowances

Responsibilities:

Oversee entire district implementation

Recruit and train Block Coordinators

Ensure center-level monitoring

Submit weekly & monthly district reports


2. Block Coordinator (BC)

Salary: ₹15,000/- + allowances

Responsibilities:

Recruit teachers in every Gram Panchayat

Monitor class quality and teacher attendance

Manage block-level reporting

Facilitate training sessions


3. Teachers

Salary: ₹5000/- + medical insurance + benefits

Responsibilities:

Register minimum 20 students

Conduct daily 2-hour free classes

Maintain attendance & learning records

Engage children in holistic development activities
